24 Hour Fitness cardio classes combine energizing music with well-designed formats to give you great workouts and great results. Aerobic activity strengthens the heart and lungs, burns calories, lowers total cholesterol, decreases stress, reduces the risk of some diseases and improves quality of life. Our cardio classes provide you with all the benefits of aerobic activity in a fun and supportive group setting. Below you’ll find descriptions of our most popular cardio classes.

Nothing beats indoor cycling classes for a low-impact, high intensity cardio workout. Experience the best sweat you've ever had while burning 400-600 calories.* Indoor cycling classes welcome members of all levels. If you’re new to indoor cycling, we invite you to come early so your instructor can give you some pointers!

24Cycle®: Participants in 24Cycle® will enjoy an athletic and authentic cycling ride.  With driving music and great drills, we bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors!

24Cycle® Shift ‘n Lift: Experience the benefits of combining your endurance and resistance training in one 24Cycle class. This class incorporates indoor cycling for your cardio workout followed by barbell/handweight exercises to improve power and strength.

Dance is the universal language of movement. Experience the joy of moving to music while improving your fitness and burning 300 – 500 calories!* No experience required – 24 Hour Fitness dance classes are designed for all fitness levels whether you are a new dancer or an experienced diva!

24Grooves™: It's hip hop, it's pop, it's the latest dance grooves put to today's hottest music. These grooves are broken down and built in a fashion that allows everyone to follow with ease. Suitable for all levels.

Hip Hop or Funk: This fun, high-energy dance workout will make you sweat while learning the latest moves from the clubs and music videos. The movements will appeal to both newbie’s and hip hop veterans alike.

Salsa Moves™: If you enjoy moving and shaking your hips to a Latin beat, you'll love this workout. Mambo, cha cha anyone?  Suitable for all levels. No partners needed.

24 Hour Tease™: An electrifying striptease aerobics workout exclusively at 24 Hour Fitness! Get in touch with your inner diva, while taking off pounds, extra clothing and even some inhibitions to reveal a healthier, fit body.

Cowboy Boogie ™: In this fun and hip country-inspired dance workout, participants can improve their cardiovascular endurance through sexy country dance moves including Save a Horse, Saddle Up and Alley Cat. No experience necessary – just bring your country attitude.

Dancers’ Workout : See the cardiovascular and body-shaping benefits of training like a dancer. Fitness and dance unite in this dynamic workout where you will learn exercises that tone muscles, develop core strength and increase balance.

After all these years, traditional aerobics and step classes are still two of the most popular and effective ways to burn fat and build cardiovascular endurance. In a class you can expect to burn 300-600 calories.*

Step Jam24™: Traditional step moves get sassy in this exclusive 24 Hour Fitness workout! Between each step pattern, you’ll experience a fun “jam session.” A great place to start if you are new to step or just want to work hard without complicated step patterns.

24Step®: An exciting, choreographed step class. This fusion of traditional step moves and high energy, athletic energy sprints maximizes results and guarantees fun while burning calories!

Aerobics 101™: A sampler of our most popular formats, Aerobics 101 is a great way to get started in Group X. Aerobics 101 builds confidence and teaches foundations that apply to other classes.  This interval sampler is suitable for all experience levels and is especially friendly to beginners.

Step: This cardio workout consists of choreographed step patterns. You’ll challenge your mind and your body while burning calories. The workout intensity is determined by speed, travel, and execution of movements. Some experience recommended.

boot camp classes

It’s the ultimate circuit workout combining intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning drills. Enjoy the variety of classes that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, relay races and even a little healthy competition. These high-intensity classes will help you to burn between 400 -600 calories.* Suitable for all levels – but let your instructor know if this is your first time.

Camp24™: A 24 Hour signature class, this circuit class brings you the best drills for improving endurance, cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. Lots of variety, lots of fun.

kick boxing classes

Mix up your routine with the flexibility and strength building moves of kick boxing. You’ll enjoy high intensity drills and the opportunity to burn 300 – 600 calories.* Most suitable to participants of medium to high fitness levels. Newcomers welcome – please let your instructor know you’re new!

Turbo Kick Box: Using no equipment, this kickboxing interval workout incorporates intensity drills, energy sprints and recovery segments. This fun and intense workout teaches basic kickboxing skills choreographed to energizing music.

seniors classes

24 Hour Fitness senior classes are designed to help maintain cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. Both veteran exercisers and newcomers are welcome and will enjoy the benefits of exercise in a group setting. Senior class availability varies by location.

Senior Fitness: Whether you are a group fitness veteran or a newcomer, this class can be customized to meet the needs of the independent older adult. Improve strength, endurance, mobility, and flexibility in an easy-to-follow workout.

Silver and Fit: A total body workout for active seniors. Silver & Fit is a combination of aerobic, flexibility and strength training all done in a fun-filled environment. The exercises are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Silver Sneakers Cardio : Stay heart healthy with this low-impact aerobic workout! This workout, designed for seniors all fitness levels, includes simple basic cardio and stretching exercises. For standing and seating support, a chair is incorporated to the workout.

Senior Sneakers Strength: Stay strong with this sculpting workout! This workout, designed for seniors all fitness levels, includes a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, ROM, agility and skills required for activities of daily living.
