24LIFT™

One of our most popular strength classes, this highly efficient, full-body 24 Hour Fitness signature weight training workout uses barbells and hand weights to strengthen and sculpt all muscle groups. If you’re looking for bigger muscles with greater definition, start here.

24 S.E.T.™ - as seen on NBC's The Biggest Loser (Tue 8/7c)

Strength endurance training (S.E.T) is a cardio/strength combination class that alternates strength training exercises with step cardio training to sculpt every major muscle group. Try 24 S.E.T. for a truly balanced workout that will get your heart pumping. Watch the Video

Core Central™

This strength class consists of our signature "movers" (endurance drills) and "shakers" (functional resistance exercises). We use hand weights to guarantee you’ll burn calories while giving your muscles a great workout. Core Central will present a challenge for even an experienced athlete.

Amp'd Abs™

Tired of doing the same basic crunches and sit-ups? In this strength training workout, we’ll lead you through a variety of exercises designed to work your entire abdominal area. You’ll build muscles you never even knew you had, while developing core strength that will support you in a wide variety of activities.
