Jump Start: A New Group Exercise Class for Beginners

If you’ve never taken a Group Exercise class or just want to start gradually, this is the class for you.

Jump Start is a 30-minute interval workout designed for beginners:

  • Provides total-body strengthening, stretching and cardio training
  • Utilizes dumbbells, steps, mats and your own body weight
  • Introduces you to a variety of exercise equipment in a simple and user-friendly way
