What to expect - Zumba® Group Exercise Class at 24 Hour Fitness.

A Zumba® group exercise class at 24 Hour Fitness may be 30 to 55 minutes in length depending on the instructor. The class routine features interval training where fast and slow rhythmic movements are combined with resistance training.  This combination, along with cardio exercise, helps to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Even if you have never danced before, you will have fun and feel successful in a Zumba® group exercise class.  The dance movements are simple and easy to follow. Instructors may include moves from Latin dance styles like the mambo, cha cha cha and salsa.  In addition to this Latin flavor, many instructors create an international feel by incorporating swing and belly dance moves into the mix.
