24 Hour Fitness Celebrates New Hayward Gym

June 1 Grand Opening to Mark “Healthy Hayward Day”

 

San Ramon, Calif. - May 28, 2012

On Saturday, June 1 at 6 a.m., the new 24 Hour Fitness® Super-Sport club located at 2480 Whipple Road in Hayward, Calif., opens at 6 a.m. The grand opening follows the company’s recent East Bay club openings in Walnut Creek and Fremont.

The community is invited to stop by on opening day to experience all the club has to offer by taking a VIP tour, participating in popular group exercise classes like Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ and Zumba® or simply relaxing in the sauna. Attending the grand opening will be Honorable Mayor Michael Sweeney. At 11 a.m., Sweeney will join 24 Hour Fitness in a ribbon cutting ceremony where he will proclaim the day “Healthy Hayward Day” in honor of the opening.
