instructions for parents

1. After registration of your student-athlete on-line, you will receive an automated welcome email with a promotion code.
2. Print this page with promotion code to redeem at your nearest 24 Hour Fitness.
3. Upon enrollment all team members will be provided:
   
   • A Copy of the membership agreement
   • A membership card (mailed within 7-10 days).
4. Student-athletes may then work between the hours* of 2:30pm - 4:30pm, 7 days a week.

*Note: Student-athletes will NOT be permitted into the club outside of these times of access.
