Andre: A Short Biography
With an impressive professional career spanning more than 20 years, Andre Agassi has proven that fitness plays a critical role in professional sports. After turning pro at 16, Andre made a steady rise until he became the top-ranked player in the world for the first time in 1995. A wrist injury severely hampered his career in 1997, but Andre never stopped pushing himself to be better. As a result, his long career included eight Grand Slam wins, 17 ATP Masters Series tournament victories, and an Olympic gold medal.
