Cancellation within 3-5 days of initial purchase
You are entitled to a 3 day (5 days in CA and HI) cooling off period depending on the state you live in. If you notify 24 Hour Fitness within your cooling off period, you will receive a full refund. To understand the details of your cooling off period, please review your specific agreement carefully. The agreement can be reviewed during both your online or in club purchase process.

What happens after 3-5 days?
Monthly payment memberships:
After the cooling off period, you may cancel your monthly payment membership after following certain notification requirements. Upon your request to cancel, future monthly payments will be stopped and your last month's prepaid dues will be applied.
Prepaid Limited Term memberships:
For prepaid limited term memberships you are not entitled to cancel and receive a refund except for specific events such as disability or death. There may be other events in which you would be entitled to cancel your membership and receive a pro-rated refund.
Please review your specific agreement for a complete explanation of cancellation rights. You can review the agreement during both the online or in club purchase process prior to providing any payment information and before any transaction is processed.
