- How can I find out what types of clubs are near me?
| | Each 24 Hour Fitness location has a page on our web site that lists the club type and amenities that are available at that club. To find clubs near your home or office, you can use the Club Finder on our web site. You can also call 1-800-224-0240 to be directed to a club near you (location based on where you're calling from). |
- What are the club types at 24 Hour Fitness?
| | 24 Hour Fitness has four levels of clubs: Active/Express/FitLite, Sport, Super Sport and Ultra Sport. The exact amenities offered may vary from location to location. You can use our club finder to find out which amenities are offered at each location as well as what access level the club belongs to. |
- Which club types can I use with my membership?
| | If you purchase a One-Club membership, you'll have access to your club of enrollment only. If you purchase one of our All-Club memberships, you'll have access to multiple clubs at the level you purchase plus any lower access level clubs. For more details, please visit our Club Access page. |
- Which club should I choose when purchasing a membership online?
| | You can purchase a membership at any club within 50 miles of your residence. If you choose a club online that is more than 50 miles from your home, you'll get an error message and won't be able to complete the purchase transaction. To locate a club within 50 miles of your home, use our Club Finder. |
- Can I cancel my agreement?
| | You are entitled to a 3 or 5 day cooling off period depending on the state you live in. If you notify 24 Hour Fitness within your cooling off period, you will receive a full refund. To understand the details of your cooling off period, please review your specific agreement carefully. Monthly payment membership: After the cooling off period, you may cancel your monthly payment membership by calling 866-308-8179. Please review Section 6 of your specific agreement for the required notice period, how your last month's dues will be applied and other cancellation requirements and considerations. Prepaid membership: If you paid for your membership up front, you are not entitled to cancel and receive a refund except for specific events such as disability or death. There may be other events in which you would be entitled to cancel your membership and receive a pro-rated refund. - Can I add family members to my 24 Hour Fitness membership?
| | Yes, you can add family members and/or children* to your membership while you are enrolling online or in club. Members can be added to a Keep Fit One Club and Keep Fit All Club membership. Family add-ons must live at the same address as the Master member. There is a maximum of 9 family add-ons (with not more than 1 family add-on between the ages of 18 and 65) allowed per Master member account. Family add-ons can only be added to a Keep Fit One-Club or Keep Fit All-Club membership |
- How much does it cost to add family members to my membership?
| | You can check out our current family add-on prices online. Once you are in the membership purchase process, you can add family members in the “Add a family member section.” After adding a family member, the price will automatically be displayed for your review. |
- What are my payment options?
| | For monthly payment memberships, your monthly dues will be electronically deducted from either your checking account or a debit/credit card account. This is known as AUTO BILL PAY or electronic funds transfer (EFT). Your initiation fee and first and last month dues are paid at time of purchase. For prepaid agreements, you pay for your membership up front at the time of enrollment. To see our membership options, visit our membership types page. |
- How do I purchase Personal Training with my membership?

- If I purchase Personal Training, online what happens next?
| | If you purchase Personal Training online, the Fitness Manager from your club will call you within 2-3 days to schedule an appointment. The Fitness Manager will ask you for a day and time that works best with your schedule for your Personal Training appointment. If you would like to get started sooner, please visit the club. |
- How much is Personal Training?
| | You can check prices for 24 Hour Fitness Personal Training right here on our web site. If you're a member and you'd like to view pricing online, please visit our Member Buy Training page. You'll need to enter your membership ID, home zip code and birthday to get started. On the "add personal training" page, you can view pricing for the Personal Training packages currently being offered. You must be a member to purchase Personal Training at 24 Hour Fitness. However, if you're not a member yet, you can still view our pricing online when purchasing a membership. To get started, visit our Non Member Buy Training page and follow the steps to purchase a membership. On the "add personal training" page, you can view pricing for the Personal Training packages currently being offered. |
- How long do I have to use my Personal Training sessions?
| | All Personal Training sessions must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. You must be an active member of 24 Hour Fitness to use Personal Training sessions. |
- I believe my company has a special program with 24 Hour Fitness.
| | We offer corporate group rates for employers. The best way to find out if we have a corporate program with your company is to contact your local club. To find contact information for the club closest to you, please use our Club Finder. |
- Do you offer babysitting services for children?
| | Our Kids' Club is a safe place for children ages 6 months to 12 years. It’s a safe and supervised environment where your young ones can play while you exercise. Kids’ Club is available to 24 Hour Fitness members for a small fee – typically $2 to $4 per child per day for up to two hours of supervision. For more information please visit our Kids' Club page. |
