What is the Refer-A-Friend program?

If your referred friend becomes a member of 24 Hour Fitness through the Refer-a-Friend program, you'll receive a one-month credit toward your dues or a $25 SuperCertificate® from GiftCertificates.com™. Who can participate in this promotion?

To be eligible for Referral Program rewards, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a 24 Hour Fitness member (excluding guest members, trial or complimentary members, employee members, and family members part of employee memberships).
• Possess an individually identifiable membership account number
• Be 18 years or older.
• Be financially current on their account.
• Have a unique email address.

What does my friend get?

As a special guest of 24 Hour Fitness, your friend will be eligible for 2 Refer-a-Friend specials:

• 24-day guest pass to any 24 Hour Fitness. For anyone who has never been to 24 Hour Fitness, this is a great opportunity to visit one of our clubs.
• $24 coupon. If your friend decides to join 24 Hour Fitness, they will automatically save $24 off their initiation fee when they sign up. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

What’s in it for me?

The Refer-a-Friend program has 2 benefits for you:

• When you refer at least 5 friends, you’ll receive a $5 coupon, which you can use towards anything in the 24 Hour Fitness store. Note: to qualify for the $5 coupon, you must refer all 5 friends at the same time.
• If a friend becomes a member of 24 Hour Fitness,

Monthly Payment Members: you'll receive a one-month credit toward your dues or a $25 gift card from GiftCertificates.com™.

Prepaid Members & Limited Memberships: you will receive a gift card from GiftCertificates.com™.

What is a SuperCertificate®?

A SuperCertificate® is a gift certificate to GiftCertificates.com™. It's easy to exchange your reward, either online or by phone, for a gift certificate from our list of hundreds of national and local merchants, including the most popular stores, airlines, hotels, theaters, restaurants and services.

When will I receive my rewards?

$5 retail coupon: The $5 coupon for 24 Hour Fitness retail purchase will be available online immediately after you refer at least 5 people at a time. You will be able to print this coupon directly from your computer. You will also have the option to email the coupon to yourself, if you choose to print it at a later date.

Dues Credit: Your one month dues credit will be processed 10 days after your referred member’s enrollment date. Referred member & referring member must be active, in good standing, and paid in full, according to the terms of their agreement for current member to receive dues credit.

SuperCertificate®: Your SuperCertificate® will be processed approximately 25 days after your referred member’s enrollment date. Referred member & referring member must be active, in good standing, and paid in full, according to the terms of their agreement for current member to receive their SuperCertificate®.

How many people can I refer?

You may refer as many people as you want, but remember—you must refer at least 5 friends to receive your $5 retail coupon.
