Who can participate in this promotion?
To be eligible for Referral Program rewards, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a 24 Hour Fitness member (excluding guest members, trial or complimentary members, employee members, and family members who are part of employee memberships).
- Possess an individually identifiable membership account number
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be financially current on their account.
- Have a unique email address.

What is a Mystore Coupon?
A mystore coupon is a coupon that can be used for up to $20 worth of merchandise. It’s easy to exchange your reward online at mystore.24hourfitness.com for merchandise such as nutritional products, apparel and fitness accessories.

When will I receive my rewards?
Mystore Coupon and 50-min. personal training session: Your reward will be processed approximately 60 days after your referred member’s enrollment date. Referred member & referring member must be active, in good standing, and paid in full, according to the terms of their agreement for current member to receive their reward.
