PROGRAM RULES: REFERRED FRIENDS

• Guest Pass:
  24 days free; coupon must be redeemed prior to printed expiration date. Non- members and first time guests only; local residents only. Must use same club for the entire term. Days must be used consecutively and between the hours of 8am and 9pm only. No other discounts. Must be at least 18 years old (19 in NE) or 12 with parent. Facilities and amenities may vary by location. Restrictions on basketball use may apply. Personal training, Pilates Reformer and Kids Club may be available for a fee. Not all clubs open 24 hours every day. Valid photo ID required. No cash value.
• $24 Initiation Fee Discount:
  Offer must be activated by redemption date. Plus pay a one time $79.99 processing fee, and first and last EFT monthly dues (or prepaid dues for prepaid memberships). No other discounts can be used with this offer; cannot be combined with any other offer. Initiation fee discount is valid on any monthly payment memberships or prepaid Keep Fit Plus or Keep Fit All Club Membership. Discount not applicable to any other fees. Must be at least 18 years old (19 in NE) or 12 with parent. All club access is limited to the type of All-Club membership you purchase. Facilities and amenities may vary by location. Not all clubs open 24 hours every day. Valid photo ID required. No cash value.

PROGRAM RULES: REFERRING MEMBERS

• $5 coupon within 24 Hour Fitness retail:
  Referring member must refer at least 5 friends per online submission to be eligible for $5 retail coupon. Coupon may be redeemed any time before printed expiration date. No cash value, no refunds, no cash back or no further coupons issued if user does not redeem for full $5 value. Referring member must provide valid email addresses or phone numbers, and be a member in good standing to be eligible for this offer. 24 Hour Fitness reserves the right to administer the program in its discretion.
• Free month of dues or $25 SuperCertificate® Rewards from GiftCertificates.com™
  Referred friend must purchase an eligible membership from 24 Hour Fitness. Limited memberships, memberships purchased on the 24 Hour Fitness website and Family-Add-Ons to the referring member’s master account will not qualify for this program. Referred friend must stay in good standing, and paid in full, according to the terms of their agreement for referring member to receive dues credit.

  If a referred friend qualifies, the referring member will receive a one-month credit toward their dues or a $25 SuperCertificate® from GiftCertificates.com™ For prepaid and limited memberships, member must choose the $25 SuperCertificate® from GiftCertificates.com™ Referring member must select option when submitting referral names online. If no option is selected by the member, they will be defaulted to a $25 SuperCertificate®. Reward will be processed approximately 25 days after referred member’s enrollment date.

  Only one referring member can receive rewards per referred friend. If more than one member refers the same friend, rewards will be given based on the member’s name on the redeemed coupon.

  To be eligible for Referral Program rewards, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Be a 24 Hour Fitness member (excluding guest members, trial or complimentary members, employee members, and family members part of employee memberships).
  • Possess an individually identifiable membership account number
  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Be financially current on their account.
  • Have a unique email address.

  24 Hour Fitness reserves the right not to authorize, or to discontinue a dues credit, based on failure to comply with the program rules, and/or applicable club rules.

  All terms and conditions per your 24 Hour Agreement still apply.
