Here’s how it works:

  • Use this calendar to plan your monthly goals, workouts and training sessions.
  • Post your workout plan in a prominent location at work or home to help stay on track
  • Track your progress each week and make adjustments if necessary
  • Refer to the Exercise Guidelines as a reference for activities and exercises that might be most appropriate for you and Steps For Success for advice on how to get started!
