Instructions for Coaches

1. After registration of your team online, you will receive an automated welcome email with a promotion code.
2. Provide all team members with a copy of the automated welcome email and promotion code to redeem at your nearest 24 Hour Fitness.
3. Advise team members they MUST have a parent present to sign the membership and activate the offer.
4. Upon enrollment all team members will be provided with:
   
   • A copy of their membership agreement
   • A membership card (mailed within 7-10 days).
5. Team members may then workout between the hours* of 2:30pm - 4:30pm, 7 days a week.

*Note: Student athletes will NOT be permitted into the club outside of these times of access.
