I love training the back. It's such a complex muscle, and there are an infinite number of exercises to choose from. You never get bored on back day.
favorite client success story:
I had a client who had tried to lose weight in the past but was unhappy with her results. She had the courage to come to 24 Hour Fitness and ask for help. Fortunately for me, I was the one she came to. With a structured fitness plan, motivation, determination, and a lot of laughter I was able to help her lose 30 pounds in three months. She is still training today and is more motivated than ever.
favorite way to motivate clients:
Laughter is one of the best motivating tools we have. Get people laughing and they will look forward to coming to the gym, plus it burns a few extra calories.
exercise/fitness philosophy:
Health and fitness are a way of life, not just a daily chore. Incorporating healthy habits throughout your entire day will yield lasting results.
hobbies and interests:
I am an avid movie watcher/collector. I also love to travel and experience different cultures.
most embarrassing moment:
One of my fellow trainers and I ingested far too much caffeine before a heavy legs day. We both ended up losing our lunches next to the leg press machine -- it wasn't pretty.

Johnny Bravo. According to our front desk staff I resemble the cartoon character.
