favorite workout:
Power Plyos! This is a workout designed to create explosive power and speed. You won’t be walking for a week but after a few months of incorporating it in your routine, you will be flying high like Jordan!

favorite client success story:
My favorite client success story is from one of my first clients. She started at 260 lbs and got down to 220 lbs on her own. Her goal was to be able to sky dive for her 40th birthday. She needed to be 200 lbs or less and had only 10 weeks to achieve her goal. We put together a plan and she made it. She is still training a year and a half later and still accomplishing her goals.

favorite way to motivate clients:
My favorite way to motivate my clients is to remind them of exactly what their goals are and why they want to achieve them. Nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it and all great achievements were once considered impossible.

exercise/fitness philosophy:
Exercise must be viewed as a preventative medicine. If you take care of your body now you wont need somebody to take care of you later.

hobbies and interests:
I like everything active! Running, hiking, snowboarding, skating, wakeboarding and of course, working out.

most embarrassing moment:
Riding my bike on the campus at ASU my freshman year at the busiest time and crashing into a pole!

nickname:
Bstyle! This came from football in high school when the first time I touched the ball, I ran a kick off 95 yards to the house but received a penalty for a endzone dance. We still won!

one day I want to:
Retire on the beaches of Costa Rica.
