Bio

Growing up in England UK  I was surrounded by fitness and competitive sports.  English  Football (Soccer) is everywhere.  So it was hard not to become a big sports advocate.  I guess you can call me a fanatic of the Chelsea Football Club which inspired me to tap into my competitive nature and play English Football myself.  I also participated in the Martial Art of Shotokan Karate.  I practiced 24/7 and competed in Kumite around Great Britain.  

When I moved to the United States, my passion for sports and fitness came with me.  One of my first stops was joining 24 Hour Fitness to continue my personal physical fitness.  Being around fitness and watching people change their lives on a daily basis inspired me to study Charlene Johnsons' Turbo Kick Boxing [TKB].  I became a a TKB instructor as well as became certified in Aqua Logix and Group Exercise instructor.

My real passion was to work one on one with individuals and help them find there niche within the gym environment.  I wanted to help them make working out enjoyable rather than being a chore.  My goal is to help each client feel comfortable, confident and give challenging and interesting workouts to help them turn their lives around one day at a time.  It's more than just cardio and resistance training but also focusing on the other 23 hours of the day outside of the gym.

Proper nutrition is also important.  We are what we eat so when I help my clients understand that by eating the right foods I can help them not only perform better in the gym, but it will transpire over into their everyday lives.  I love what I do and get so much job satisfaction from seeing you all change your lives for the better.
