I've lost almost 15 pounds trianing with Naoto K.
My name is Stephen R. and I’ve been training with Naoto for just over 1 year. I initially joined 24 Hour Fitness—the first gym I’ve joined in my adult life—for the Yoga classes because I had started to experience back pain from work and driving. My new 24 Hour Fitness membership came with a few training sessions with Naoto. I had no idea what to expect but decided to give it a try.
Well, as I said, it has been over a year, and I’ve hardly missed a week of working with Naoto. I’ve learned so much: I haven’t experienced back pain in months. I’ve lost almost 15 pounds with my eye on another few. I’ve gotten some great tips on my eating habits, and I feel great!
One of the things I like best about Naoto’s method is the slow, deliberate movements he recommends for balance and resistance training. I still have not attended a Yoga class—I imagine I’m getting much of the mind/body benefit of Yoga working with Naoto. He’s awesome!
