I decided to be a personal trainer because, for one I have always been into fitness, I am always doing some kind of activity wether it is running, playing basketball, lifting weights or any other outdoor activity. 2nd, I have gained a lot of knowledge within fitness and diet by way of reading and research and have always applied myself. Now, I am at the point where it is time for me to show the accumulated knowledge I have gained and help individuals reach their goals.
