Bio

I am a personal trainer because I love to live a "total wellness" lifestyle that focus around fitness, sport, and nutrition. My whole life has been revolved around sports since I began playing ice hockey at age 4. Since then, I became a 3x All-American in field hockey at Boston University and was a member of the US Women's National Field Hockey team. I was also fortunate to play Professional Field Hockey in Australia for a season, and in Germany for 4 months. Due to my full time training experience at the Olympic Training Center, I have learned from some of the top athletes, strength and conditioning coaches, nutritionists, sport psychologists, and athletic trainers in the world. I have gained a lot of knowledge due to personally working with these great individuals! I would love to help my clients find a healthy lifestyle that works specifically for them. I have a passion in making working out and training fun, exciting, and unique!
