Bio

I have been involved in fitness for most of my life. Since a young age I have excelled in numerous sports, specifically soccer, as well as track and field. I have been fortunate to have played at all levels from youth, club, high school, NCAA collegiate, and post collegiate. Strength and conditioning as well as resistance training has greatly impacted my lifestyle and allowed me to be competitive in sports at every level. It is rewarding to have personally developed and experienced the benefits of training while at the same time helping other athletes excel in their sports. To see someone better themselves through training, and know that you were part of them succeeding, is what drives and motivates me to do what I do: train people like you.
