Why did I become a personal trainer? Knowledge. Where else could you learn more about fitness than in a gym! And when you surround yourself with people who have similar goals, it becomes easier to achieve your own.
I believe it is important for people to be strong. The stronger your body is, the easier everyday things become. A strong body also looks much better than a weak one! One sad mistake I see people making is only doing upper body, or only doing cardio, or spending 30 minutes on abs and 3 minutes on more important muscles. It’s very important to stay balanced!
I have been training people for more than 10 years and I have continued in my quest of learning for over 16 years. I would love to get a chance to teach you what I know and help you reach your own goals!
