In 2010, I began my fitness journey. In two years I lost over 80 pounds by committing to personal training, increasing my time spent exercising and developing healthy eating habits. With that being said, I can personally relate to clients when it comes to how physically and mentally demanding it can be to commit to lose weight or achieve a goal.
