Really love being involved in fitness and competitive activities. Participated in Human Performance Lab studies at Cal Poly Pomona on muscle damage and impact of cinnamon on elite cyclists. Was able to work in physically adapted weight rooms for the handicap at two colleges. Outside of sports, the hobbies that help keep me motivated are paddle boarding, yoga, pilates, softball, playing the piano, hiking, cycling, wake boarding, water skiing, and snowboarding. Motivating lives through exercise and nutrition has become a major passion for me!
