Bio

I couldn’t wait to get out of my job behind a desk!  I started out as a group exercise instructor 14 years ago. I became a trainer because I couldn’t wait to work one on one. There is no better feeling than assisting someone in losing weight or toning and firming and seeing them reach their goal.  I am very passionate about giving my complete support and passing on all my knowledge to make their journey to losing weight, toning, and firming a much better experience.

I am motivated by believing that a positive attitude and believing in yourself, that you can do anything, is the way to live life. I use this to motivate my clients on their journey. When you reach your goals, it gives you additional motivation to continue. One look in your mirror at the new, trimmer and toner you is very motivating!

I design custom workouts that fit a clients needs, wants and areas of concern. I also watch and listen very carefully, which helps in the design of a clients program. Each routine I develop contains the following:  core and balance, strength and endurance, cardio and hand to eye coordination.

I really strive to create a fabulous challenging workout while having fun.
