Bio

I am extremely motivated in helping people get to where they want and need to be through fitness. Through my own experiences, diet and exercise has helped me live a healthier life and not to mention was the main catalyst to having a successful football career at the colligate and arena level. I enjoy teaching proper techniques, along with structured cardiovascular programs and suggestions with nutrition because I know what it has done for me. I want to share my knowledge and help people reach their goals and use our gym more efficiently. Whether it's to make your life easier or more competitive at your craft, I enjoy being with you every step of the way!
