Throughout my life in Taiwan, my impression of fitness was always those body builders in muscle competition, and my perspective of beauty was those fashion show models who are only allowed to eat yogurt to keep their figures. I didn't realize how poorly we were educated to be physically, mentally and visually beautiful until I personally experienced that the real beauty is the reflection of a healthy life style.
