When I was younger I had torn and strained my rotator cuff while working out. I also injured my knee with high impacting sports, workout and day to day activities. I decided one day, since I love working out and pushing myself to the limit, I would learn how to do so without further injuries to myself. While doing so, I developed a passion to help others better their lives and help them get over their injuries while also helping them learn how to prevent injuries from happening. So you can say I love pushing people past their limits. Showing them exercises they never thought they would ever be able to do on their own.
