When I was a senior in high school I discovered my passion for dance and worked hard to catch up for all those missed years of training. I made it through sheer force of will and had an international dance career. Along the way there were many obstacles, my body didn't always cooperate so I had to learn how to accomplish my goals recovering quickly from injuries and learning how to avoid them. I have brought these skills along with the belief that anyone can achieve things that seem impossible. Throughout my dance career I picked up various other skills to help me be better and stronger. I studied Yoga extensively, Pilates, Alexander Technique, and Weight Training to help balance my body as I have scoliosis. The doctors told me to give up dancing, I would not and it paid off! All these skills that helped me persevere are very useful in helping my personal training clients. Each person has different goals and limitations so I work hard to find the right solutions for each person in order to unlock their potential. I'm often told by my clients with injuries that I helped them more than their physical therapists! The potential is there in all of us, I provide the support motivation help you get there weather it's competing in an Iron Man Marathon or, for one of my clients who has Cerebral Palsy, hopping up and down on a plyo box, or simply losing that last 101bs of baby weight. I love helping people achieve whatever their fitness goals and seeing what an enormous impact feeling healthy and fit has on their quality of life!
