Bio

I have always been involved in sports since a very young age. I loved playing all sports from swimming to basketball and track. By the end of college, working full time and going to school full time got the better of me. I ballooned from 185lbs my freshman year to 245lbs my senior year. I knew it was time to make a change. In six months I dropped back down to 185lbs. Getting back in shape made me feel more confident, re-energized and ready for anything. I became a trainer to help others reach their fitness goals, empower them, and give them the independence and the ability to perform any task.
