Passionate about health and fitness, I enjoy guiding people to be stronger, change their body, find their best for the day...each workout...one workout at a time. My area of special interest is in core strength training using kettlebells. I am proud to be one of a select number of people to be certified as an instructor in the RKC Russian kettlebell strength and conditioning system. With this highly-respected program, I am able to show you superior techniques to improve your cardiovascular health, prevent injury, strengthen your weakest muscles and achieve greater muscular balance. No matter if you are a athlete conditioning for a favorite sport or just a regular person wanting a better, healthier body, give me an opportunity to show you how to take advantage of this dynamic system.
