I became a personal trainer, because being a former overweight person I can understand any obstacles that get in the way of your goals. Some of the obstacles that challenged me were lack of motivation, eating nutritionally, and exercising effectively to reach my goals. It was at that point in my life that I began my education, and somewhat switched gears and realized that I was truly passionate about people getting actual results. Currently I am working on muscle gains and aspire to gain about 20 lbs of lean muscle. Through my own challenges I am eager to help others who struggle to find ways to achieve their goals and overcome just about anything.
