I have been fortunate enough in my career of 14yrs to train with a diverse background of individuals of "1st timers" to professional athletes. I believe that personal training is a journey and not a destination. Life should be challenging ourselves everyday, including our fitness. I feel that nutrition is to fuel our bodies and needs to be balanced for each client. I want to create an inspiring personal training experience for my clients. I see myself as a fitness educator and motivator using a scientific approach to improve my client's overall wellness. I enjoy keeping up with the latest in fitness trends and knowledge incorporating nutrition, cardio, supplementation, posture, flexibility, and strength training.
