Fitness and health comes second nature as I played soccer, volleyball, and ran track since age 5. As I developed in sports, I learned the importance of strength training, flexibility, and endurance balanced with nutrition. With a passion for sports and a piqued interest behind the science of body movement, it felt only natural to pursue and complete my undergraduate degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. My educational background paired with my sports experience created my current strong foundation of health and fitness. Team sports allowed me to see the value in working with others to achieve a set goal which has lead me to personal training. Through personal injuries and my previous work experience in Physical Therapy, I understand the importance of avoiding injury through proper form and strength progression. I would love to share the knowledge I have obtained over the years with you because I am passionate about health and fitness. I believe fitness is a learned lifestyle which can be taught to anyone. I am committed and excited to help you achieve all of your fitness goals while keeping your workouts efficient and effective.
