Health and fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I was actively involved with sports as a child thru college and made exercise a part of my everday life. I saw the benefits of working out and how it made me feel and the response that my body received from exercise and good nutrition. I realized in college that helping others live a better, longer, healthier, more productive life is what I wanted to do. I wanted to instill my passion of fitness onto others and help them, "change their life" thru fitness and give them the education they need to maintain those results for the rest of their lives. If you want to lose 5 lbs or a 100 lbs or gain muscle or rehab an injury, anything can be achieved thru committment, dedication, consistancy and hard work. You can't succeed until you try!
