When I first set foot into the gym with the goal of weight loss, I had no idea what to do to get to my goal. It took me several months of research and learning from people at the gym until I finally reached my goal. I decided to become a trainer to help others achieve their fitness goals in the shortest time possible, while keeping exercise plans safe and enjoyable. I want to motivate others and make them believe that they can get into the best shape of their lives.
