Bio

For me being a Trainer is a way to help people transform their lives and bodies with fitness! My fitness journey started when I was very young. I started competitively swimming at the age of 5 and swam pretty much everyday. Swimming ran my life, I was a very devoted and determined child. When I was 13 I was scouted onto the junior Olympic team, for me this was a dream come true. 7 months into my training I tore my rotator cuff and had to have surgery. Not long after I tore my other rotator cuff. My dreams of being an Olympic swimmer went down the drain. After several months of physical therapy I started to train in the gym. I loved that I could lift weights and change my body. I soon got into the idea of bodybuilding. I liked how there was never a limit to how heavy I could lift, there was always a way to train where I could eventually lift as heavy as I wanted. After that I decided to help others transform their bodies. Not only did I become a swim instructor and a swim coach I became a personal trainer. This career has changed my life and I hope I can change others as well.
