A few years ago I was obese and was told that my blood pressure was extremely high. I wanted to make a change in my life because at that point I realized that I did not want to go through life that way. I started working out heavy and eating right while working overtime at work. I lost 50 lbs in 5 months and the changes were well worth it. From that point, I wanted to teach others that they also can lose weight and get fit regardless of how their current body composition is.
