I have been physically active my entire life. Having an athletic background in track and field and competitive cheer leading (yes, cheer is a sport) has really made a huge impact on why I truly believe that physically activity brings such happiness. Overall, good wellness is something I strive for everyday and believe that everyone should strive for as well. Motivating myself and others is something I do naturally and hope I can share that with anyone who needs a boost! Having Fitness as a huge part of my life allows me to be the best with a smile on my face. I know from experience that being more active and going to the gym is a big dedication; but if you can balance gym time with time spent at home, I guarantee that many different areas of your life will improve.
