I put on some extra weight about 5 years ago. I tried diet and exercise, and was able to loose some weight on my own. From that point on I could not lose any more weight. I then had a back injury that put a stop to my usual workout routines. I decided to try personal training and the back pain began reducing. I started to become leaner and I felt confident again. I became a personal trainer a couple of years ago to help others achieve their fitness goals. I specialize in weight loss, back and knee injuries. I enjoy helping others and I see your goals as my goals.
