I always loved playing sports and being active, but never really enjoyed working out in a gym. When high school sports ended, I found my activity decreasing and weight increasing. I decided to make a change in my lifestyle and my exercise. In doing so, I discovered a passion for health and a way of working out that was both fun and effective. We are never too old to play and I always strive to coach with high energy and a playful attitude. I have also dealt with my fair share of injuries, aches, and pains, including back issues, shoulder injuries, and a major knee injury. This has forced me to learn how to deal with pain and injury through corrective exercises and strength training. There is nothing more rewarding than using what I have learned to help someone change the way they move and feel, giving them the freedom to exercise and enjoy life.
