A body in motion tends to stay in motion which is why I love to exercise. I am going to be one of those 80 year old woman in the future who is running around the neighborhood, biking from city to city, and lifting incredible amount of weight. I will not accept decrepitude but rather I will fight it to the end. Exercise is a crucial aspect of life because a healthy body can do amazing things. We should keep our bodies moving because it will prevent us from developing certain diseases, save us a trip to the doctor, give us more energy which will ultimately lead to a better quality of life. I became a personal trainer because I want to share my knowledge, help people reach and surpass their goals, and ultimately change their lifestyle so they can live life to the fullest. There is so much that exercise can do that I want to share it with each and every one of you. If I had known that exercise can prevent diabetes when I was younger, I would have done everything I could to have my grandpa exercise. I look at this as an opportunity to help another person. I don't want people to have to suffer from diseases such as diabetes or heart problems. No matter who you are, what your goals are, together we can make it happen.
