My passion for fitness began at the age of 5. I was a dancer in the styles of hip-hop, ballet, tap and jazz. Dancing instilled in me the importance of a gracefully active and free-flowing body. I also played competitive soccer where I learned to develop power, speed, agility and reactivity. I worked in television where I became involved in stunt work which sharpened my understanding of endurance and strength through metabolic conditioning and interval training. My various experiences have amplified my love for fitness and nutrition and desire to help others achieve an optimally healthy and strong body and mind.
