I became a personal trainer so I can have a greater impact on my community as a whole. A healthy way of life can do so many things for a person. More than just lose or gain weight, it can improve confidence and self esteem, allow you to do what you love at the level you want to do it, and make your everyday just a little bit better, a little bit brighter. I have been fortunate enough to have found a lifelong passion in soccer. It allowed me to play collegiately and professionally; and then transition to coaching in college and at the youth level. The best part, is it has given me a drive to continue my healthy habits and help others find their passion and achieve their goals. Good health and fitness is not reserved for the athletes, "fanatics", or the young. It is a lifestyle that can fit anyone, accomplish any goal, and has long term benefits.
