After participating and succeeding in the Oregon National Guard Youth Challenge Program, my passion for fitness was excited by training friends and family members in my garage. From there I began studying exercise science with a heavy emphasis on mobility, flexibility and strength training. I have always appreciated how the skills and habits you develop through a healthy fitness routine generalize over into life outside the gym to keep one inspired and motivated to succeed. Happily now I am able to motivate and guide clients towards their own success.
