I had a weight problem in high school. After getting my weight under control and learning my way around the gym, I developed a love of training and competing. The more I learned, the more I felt at home in the gym. I added yoga to my routine to help my flexibility and discovered a whole new way to train and teach my body to overcome obstacles. One day it occurred to me that I felt really great sharing my knowledge and decided to become a trainer. My favorite thing is having a client tell me they feel better now than they did before they started working with me.
