I first became a personal trainer to expand my knowledge in fitness. Once I began sharing my knowledge with my clients, I quickly realized how big of an impact I could have on assisting them in reach their fitness goals. I really enjoy motivating my clients to make changes with their daily nutrition and exercise routines to ensure they will get the body and great health they are looking for. What motivates me is when a client comes in with a big smile after a hard week of exercise and good nutrition. Beacuse they have more energy, their getting stronger, and getting results!
