Being fit is a lifestyle not just something you get from going to the gym. Its what you eat, hobbies you have, sleep patterns, personal confidence, its a all around commitment to making yourself the best version of you. I want everyone to strive and achieve this and that is why I became a personal trainer, to motivate, encourage, and believe when my clients don't think it's possible.
