I have always been athletic and enjoy competing with others via sports. Not only that but I actually enjoy learning about how the body responds when you eat certain foods compared to others or how the body manages to adapt when you work out. With my education in nutrition, I know how to root out social media health myths and keep you updated with the latest findings in nutrition and health as well as recommend nutritional information that will get you to your goals faster. I not only look and feel better when I eat right and exercise, but I am also decreasing my risk for Heart Disease, Cancer, and Diabetes. Being your personal trainer and weight loss specialist helps me give you a chance at what you want to be in life. I love to build relationships with people and better yet, I have the opportunity to assist you in quality of life.
