Living an active and healthy lifestyle is a choice that I am passionate about. It has taken a lot of time and hard work to get where I am now but I finally feel like I understand my body and can do what needs to be done to be stronger and healthier than I have ever been. Over the past eight years I have lost and kept off 75 pounds by working out and eating a healthy balanced diet. I believe that being healthy and living an active lifestyle is an ongoing process, and we should always set new fitness goals for ourselves in order to do this. One of my fitness goals is to help others achieve their own goals. It is one of the most rewarding experiences to help someone change their lives in a positive way through fitness and healthy lifestyle choices.
